- To improve the efficiency of loading & discharge rate by 5% every year for respective cargo.
- To clear the consignment within 5 working days after the full set of documents and container lands at the port of discharge.
- To effect shipment and release Bills of Lading within 5 clear working days after the full set of document and cargo arrive at CFS
- To ensure collection of payment within 15 overdue days from the agreed credit limit period.
- To submit offer to the client within 7 days of RFQ.
- All staff to attend training program at least 2 days in the year.
